HAIR LENGTH ASSESSMENT:

At Pure Artistry by Shenole, I value your unique style and preferences when it comes to hair styling.
To ensure transparency and to accurately determine the pricing of my services, I assess your hair
length and style choices. Here’s a detailed explanation of how I assess hair length and determine the
corresponding prices:

    • Short Hair: Hair that falls above the ear lobes.

    • Medium Hair: Hair that extends from the bottom of the ears to the shoulders.

    • Long Hair: Hair that reaches below the shoulders and up to the bra strap.

    • Extra Long Hair: For clients with exceptionally long hair, from the bra strap to waist length.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

All our appointments allow for a duration of one and a half hours, except for appointments involving
extra long hair, which requires two hours.

 

APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations and no-shows significantly impact Pure Artistry and my valued clients. I have
established a booking policy to ensure fairness and commitment to appointments.

Appointment Deposit:

When scheduling an appointment with Pure Artistry, clients are required to place a deposit of $50
per person to secure their reservation. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the appointment request.

Confirmation and Cancellation Policy:

Pure Artistry will send a confirmation SMS/EMAIL at least two days before the appointment.
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without providing 48 hours ‘ notice to reschedule or
cancel the appointment will forfeit their reservation deposit.

Late Arrivals:

If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late without contacting the salon, the appointment may be
cancelled or rescheduled. We value your time and mine, and punctuality is essential for providing a
complete service for you and the following clients.

Non-Washed Hair:

We request that clients ensure their hair is washed the night before the scheduled appointment.
Non-washed hair can cause delays and may impact the quality of the service. Properly cleaned hair

allows me to work efficiently and achieve the best results. Failure to do so will incur an extra $50 fee
as a time compensation. 

 

REDO AND REFUNDS

At Pure Artistry, I take pride in my work and stand by its quality. If you are unsatisfied, I encourage
open communication to find a satisfactory solution.

Quotes and Consultations:

All quotes provided via email, phone, or other online communication are estimates and may not
represent the final cost. For a more accurate quote, you can book a complimentary consultation
with me or ask at your appointment before the service begins. Any differences are usually a result of
hair length.

Change of Mind:

Pure Artistry does not offer refunds or redos at zero cost if you change your mind about a service
following a full consultation. My goal is to ensure that every client is a satisfied customer. However, I
do not accept responsibility for changes of mind after leaving the salon.
